These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Yooshi Jewelry and Trinkets Retail Company O.P.C.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are of legal age under the laws of the State of Kuwait or have obtained appropriate consent.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases and interactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. Accordingly, you acknowledge that all information provided by you is true and accurate, and you assume full legal responsibility in the event that such information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

 

SECTION 2 – IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC) & COMPLIANCE

To comply with regulations issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI) and applicable laws governing the trade of precious metals:

  • Yooshi Jewelry may require identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid Civil ID
  • Verification may be required for order processing and shipment
  • This process is typically required only once per customer

We reserve the right to:

  • Delay fulfillment until verification is completed
  • Cancel and refund orders if verification is not completed or cannot be validated

 

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings
  • Minor variations in weight, finish, or detailing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces
  • Product specifications (including weight) are approximate unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

 

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are only confirmed once accepted and processed by us. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Request additional verification

If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued automatically.

 

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and applicable fees unless specified
  • Due to fluctuations in gold prices, pricing may change prior to order acceptance

You confirm that:

  • Payment details provided are valid and authorized
  • You will honor all charges incurred

 

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • External factors beyond our control

While risk may transfer upon dispatch, we remain committed to assisting customers in resolving any delivery-related issues.

 

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method

 

SECTION 8 – WARRANTY & CARE

Certain products may be covered under Yooshi’s “Forever Care” service program, which includes maintenance and aftercare services.

Details of this program are provided separately. These Terms do not limit any rights granted under such programs.

 

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, branding, and product concepts — is the exclusive property of Yooshi Jewelry or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Use for commercial purposes

Without prior written consent.

 

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may include tools or links provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for:

  • Their content
  • Their policies
  • Any transactions conducted with them

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
