Processing Time

Each Yooshi order is prepared with great care and attention to detail.

  • In-stock items: processed within the business day.
  • Personalized items: require 1–2 business days for customization.
  • Made-to-Order items: handcrafted upon request and may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Kuwait Deliveries

  • Free same-day delivery within 4 hours for orders placed before 08:00 PM (Kuwait time).
  • Orders placed after 08:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
    Deliveries are handled by Yooshi’s trusted local courier to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

GCC Deliveries

We ship across the GCC using DHL Express or equivalent premium couriers.

International Deliveries

  • Delivery time: 4–7 business days (depending on customs clearance).
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the  customer’s responsibility.

Yooshi Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.


Packaging & Insurance

Every Yooshi order is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging with our signature jewelry box and authenticity card.

All shipments are fully insured until safely delivered to you. If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment in real time.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

Yooshi Jewelry will not be responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
